All images on this site are printed by a professional lab selected by SmugMug for its color accuracy and printing consistency. If you are not satisfied within 30 days send your order number in an email to SmugMug for a refund or reprint.
Replacement prints usually look the same to the one you received. If you are not satisfied with a setting that I can fix, send and email to me letting me know what I can do. I will try to adjust the original file for better results. Be sure to put Photo Image Information in the subject so it doesn't get caught in my spam filter.
There is a delay when your order a print. The reason for this is so I can replace the low-resolution image I post here (for loading speed) with a higher- resolution image for better print quality. The copyright symbol you see on the images will not be part of the print.
I also have another site which contains more photographs that I print myself. I can provide even better service as I use archival ink and paper. The downside is I only print up to 15 inch wide prints on my printer. Check out my other site.
Most of my prints uncropped are 11 by 15 dimensions. This allows mounting in mat board for a 16 by 20 frame with 2.5 inches on all sides. If you like that crop, or want 7 by 11 inches, you will have to order through my other site.
